CTSP Advanced Safety/Behavioral Training Workshops
Additional workshops have been scheduled, and more are being planned. Check this page periodically for updates. To be eligible to attend a CTSP Workshop, a candidate must first complete the 13 Critical Thinking Exercises and the Safety Program Checklist from the CTSP Core Competencies manual.
Beginning in 2009, the CTSP workshop and exam will become a more efficient and cost-effective event for the candidate The workshop content will be more highly integrated and refined so that students will only have to attend one, eight-hour day. Please note the second day of the workshop is for the test only.
There will be options for exam taking:
» A conventional proctored exam will be scheduled for the morning of the day after the workshop, at the same venue.
» Alternately, CTSP registrants will be able to drop into any of the growing number of proctored testing facilities located conveniently throughout the U.S. and for a nominal fee, take the CTSP exam when it best suits their schedule. These testing facilities will be available for those re-taking the exam too. Click here for the list of testing facilities.
If you have or know of a suitable location that provides proctoring services for distance learning candidates, please contact Irina Kochurov at kochurov@tcia.org or 1-800-733-2622.
